The town of Tryavna is located at the valley of a small river coming from the Balkan Mountains some 40 km. east from the geographic center of Bulgaria. The three roads to reach Tryavna follow cross rounded hills where deciduous forests alternate grassy fields. The higher on the mountain uplands you climb the deeper driven in the past you will be by the surviving traces of former life.

Tryavna is a convenient starting point for day trips to Sokolsky and Dryanovsky monasteries, the Architectural-Ethnographic Complex "ETAR", the village of Bojentsi (including following marked walking trails), the town of Veliko Tarnovo and Uzana winter resort (offering several ski runs during the winter season and surrounding sites, suitable for hiking and mountain biking, rock climbing and spaleology).

The house has two floors with two double bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. Its total capacity is 8 to 10 people.
